Hi I'm Lily Rodriguez (She/Her/Hers)
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing therapy in California and life coaching nationally. In my work with clients I incorporate the core practices of mindfulness, creativity, hope & humor to encourage insight, healing and empowerment. I specialize in providing support to individuals from varied cultural backgrounds, diverse gender and sexual identities and unique life narratives. I am also a practicing artist and use both traditional and nontraditional methods to help clients trust in their own intuitive nature when moving through life and work challenges. Given my artistic background and experience, I enjoy working with creatives in the visual, performing, media and literary arts, as well as individuals who do not consider themselves artists, but are open to creative avenues toward healing, a greater sense of freedom and empowerment.
